三不五時做一缶放冰箱,隨手可以拿起來用!
【萬用油蔥醬】
●材料:
1. 葱:100g
2. 薑: 5g
3. 沙拉油: 60-75 ml (我不是喜歡太多油,但油太少又不好拌勻)
4. 糖: 5g
5. 鹽: 10g

●作法:
1.蔥薑切細末備用。

2. 取一小碗公將蔥薑放入,加上調味。

3. 取一小鍋,倒入沙拉油後加熱至有些冒煙。

4. 將熱油倒入小碗公後迅速攪拌均勻即可。

5. 放涼後倒入玻璃缶中,放入冰箱保存。
