這是道非常傳統台灣味的家常菜,以前外婆也常常煮,絲瓜的甘甜、爽口,配上麵線,可以當湯品,又可以填飽肚子!
This is a very traditional Taiwanese flavor of the homemade
dishes, my grandma often cooked it before. It can be soup, meal, and dishes.
【絲瓜麵線】
【Luffa acutangula Somen soup】
●材料:
1. 絲瓜:1條。
2. 麵線:1把。
3. 蝦米:1小匙。
4. 蒜:2瓣。
5. 調味:少許鹽(因為有些麵線本身就會有鹹味)。
●Ingredients
1 Luffa Acutangula
1 bunch of Somen
1 table spoon of dried shrimp
2 Garlic cloves
a little salt
●做法:

1. 絲瓜去皮切片、蝦米泡水、蒜頭拍碎備用。
1. peel the Luffa Acutangula and slice it. Soak the dried shrimps in water. Mince the Garlic Cloves.
2. 鍋放入一匙油,將蝦米及蒜末放入爆香。
2. Add 1 table spoon of oil, then put the mince garlic and dried shrimps in, fry to brown.
3. 繼續放入絲瓜拌炒。

4. 接著倒入三杯水,加蓋燜煮。

5. 湯汁再滾後將麵線放入,煮至麵線熟即可盛盤上桌。
